We've taken companies from idea to international expansion. We have walked every minefield between those two points. We've lost time and resources along the way to missing information. With that experience, we want to help founders navigate scaling with the right support at the right time.

Siavash Habibi

Co-founder & CEO

Siavash Habibi is CEO and co-founder of Team ScaleUp, a Swedish investment readiness accelerator helping European scaleups become Series A-ready. Before Team ScaleUp, he was a Business Building Expert at McKinsey, and COO and co-founder at TechBuddy. He has spent his career at the intersection of strategy and scaling, advising, operating, and building companies across international markets. At Team ScaleUp, he and his co-founders are working to close scaleup readiness, which they call the third issue, after capital and regulation. Less than one in five European post-seed companies successfully raise Series A, and Team ScaleUp exists to change that number.

Ulrika Tornerefelt

Co-founder & Chair

She built it, scaled it, sold it. Founder of Stella Futura, exited to Polarium in 2025. Part of management at SaltX Technologies' IPO on First North, that became the stock market rocket in 2017. Power Woman of the Year 2024, elected by Kraftkvinnorna. Now Chair at Team ScaleUp, leading operations.

Pablo Xavier Belin

CTO

Pablo Belin is Chief Technology Officer, with a background in applied mathematics and a decade of experience as a quantitative trader in the hedge fund industry. After years of building models where every decision carried real capital at risk, he made the leap into tech startups, where he leads engineering and product strategy with the same conviction: that the best decisions are grounded in evidence, not intuition. Data-driven at heart, he believes great technology begins with the right question.

Hugo Dozzi

Co-founder & MarCom

Builder, marketer, designer. COO at Pindify, then founded Artistry Management. Brings cross-vertical brand and content experience to MarCom at Team ScaleUp.

Jonas Jonsson

Founder & Board Member

Hardware operator. Co-founded Stella Futura, exited to Polarium in 2025. Knows what it takes to scale a hardware company through to acquisition. Sits on the Team ScaleUp board.

Oskar Gillström

Strategic Investor & Board Member

Connector. Operator. Investor. Country Manager at Epicenter Stockholm, ex-MCI Corporate Director, serial founder across hospitality and consumer. Brings ecosystem reach to the Team ScaleUp board.

Daniel Isaacs
