Siavash Habibi is CEO and co-founder of Team ScaleUp, a Swedish investment readiness accelerator helping European scaleups become Series A-ready. Before Team ScaleUp, he was a Business Building Expert at McKinsey, and COO and co-founder at TechBuddy. He has spent his career at the intersection of strategy and scaling, advising, operating, and building companies across international markets. At Team ScaleUp, he and his co-founders are working to close scaleup readiness, which they call the third issue, after capital and regulation. Less than one in five European post-seed companies successfully raise Series A, and Team ScaleUp exists to change that number.

Anton is BD & IR Lead and Partner at Team ScaleUp. He came from SEB, where he spent two and a half years as a Service Manager at the Östermalmstorg office. He holds SwedSec advisory licensing and a certification in financial instruments from Finanskompetens, and studies Real Estate and Finance at KTH. He works the relationship side of capital, understanding what investors need to see and helping founders show it.

Pablo Belin is Chief Technology Officer, with a background in applied mathematics and a decade of experience as a quantitative trader in the hedge fund industry. After years of building models where every decision carried real capital at risk, he made the leap into tech startups, where he leads engineering and product strategy with the same conviction: that the best decisions are grounded in evidence, not intuition. Data-driven at heart, he believes great technology begins with the right question.

Alex designed and ran startup programs on behalf of Danske Bank, Coop Sweden, and the city of Berlin. She led partnerships and expanded AsiaBerlin into India, China, and Southeast Asia, as well as supported Ukrainian startups with go-to-market in Germany. She will be your main point of contact during the Team ScaleUp programs.

Ronja Koepke is Growth and Community Manager, with deep roots in the Nordic startup and investment ecosystem. She made her first angel investment at 24 and co-founded Investpodden in 2016. Her track record includes running the Startup Sweden accelerator, leading both the national program and Access Germany for companies raising Series A, as well as working with innovation initiatives at Sweden's innovation agency, Vinnova.
