Velocity is the full journey from Seed to Series A, with Seed investment from our fund for companies we accept. Sprint starts with our six-area assessment, scored the way a Series A lead scores a company, and focuses on addressing critical gaps before raising Seed and beyond.

6-9 monthsSeed to Series A
Seed is closed and Series A is the next step. You work with a dedicated senior advisor and a specialist team, in sprints, replacing assumptions with evidence, so the company is built to hold up in Series A diligence. You don't join a batch. We build one program around one company.

- –The in-depth assessment across six areas: market and traction, product, team, financial readiness, legal structure, pitch and narrative. The outcome decides the focus of the program.

Sprint
CustomSeed, Series A and beyond
Not every company needs a full program. Sprint starts with our investment readiness assessment. Six areas, scored by five specialists, ending in a prioritised gap report and a deep dive with the expert team. If you want help executing, we scope a focused sprint on exactly what needs to be built before investors see the case.

- –Readiness to scale, the key risks and the equity story, evaluated as a whole and scored against what investors look for

Velocity comes with capital
Together with Dahlgren Capital we are launching a fund that invests in the companies we accept into Velocity. Part of the fund's Seed investment can be used to cover the program fee, so the work is funded without cash leaving the company. Follow-on investment is decided separately.
The Seed investment is tied to acceptance into Velocity only. Sprint is a paid engagement with no investment attached, for companies that want the assessment and targeted execution without taking on new capital.
Acceptance into Velocity means you are pre-approved for Seed investment from the fund. Final terms are agreed in the investment process.
Questions we get
Companies that have raised external capital, have a product in the market with active usage, and are on the road toward Series A. We are nearly sector-agnostic: software, hardware, energy, deeptech. If we don't have experts who understand your journey, we will be the first to tell you.
We have rolling admission and make a decision within two weeks. There are two interview rounds, and we will ask for access to your data room.
Four to five hours per week.
We may invest SEK 600K in selected companies at your current valuation, with the possibility of a follow-on investment at Series A.
The program fee can be paid in cash or covered by our investment, in which case we will take equity.
We have built a proprietary algorithm that augments human thinking rather than replacing it. The assessment is run by our expert team, with the model handling the structured comparison work underneath.
No. The Seed investment is tied to acceptance into Velocity. Sprint is a paid engagement with no investment attached, and a Sprint company can apply to Velocity when the time is right.
Acceptance into Velocity is competitive and seats are limited. If you are not admitted, we can often still help through Sprint, as a paid engagement without investment.
